About the Role:

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing leadership team.

In this role, you will be the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams, responsible for crafting compelling positioning, go-to-market strategies, and driving demand for our products.

You will lead initiatives that accelerate product adoption, improve customer engagement, and increase market share in competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases that align with business goals.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, buyer personas, and product differentiation opportunities.

- Create clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to different buyer segments and channels.

- Develop sales tools, playbooks, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team to effectively position products and close deals.

- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns (digital, events, content marketing, webinars, etc.) that drive product awareness and generate qualified leads.

- Build and nurture relationships with customers and industry influencers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references.

- Define and track key product marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning the company and its products as market leaders.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology companies, preferably SaaS or enterprise software.

- Proven track record in launching and marketing complex products successfully.

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating high-impact content.

- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding sales cycles and challenges.

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide decision-making
