Senior Manager - Procurement - Opex

Hiring for a company in the Real Estate industry.

Relevant experience in procurement of goods & services related to Property/Facilities Management also experience in Interior Fit out of commercial assets. Good experience of Vendor base for Procurement operation in Major cities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Managing Operations procurement for Manpower services, AMCs, Repair & Maintenance, Consumables (rate card), Ad hoc work.

- Ownership and governance of property management contracts related to PMCs (Manpower), AMC, Rate cards, Services

- Collaboration and rapport with key support functions such as Legal, Finance, IT, etc., to strengthen interdepartmental synergy and enable effective delivery of projects and initiatives.

- Track and analyse the PR to PO process and corresponding spends across various segments to ensure compliance to TAT and savings targets and provide inputs to the Commercial Leads to create strategies for better efficiencies in future procurement.

- Managing & Reviewing timely Vendor performance Rating across all assets.
