Role & Responsibilities:
Procurement: Purchase of Different Agri Commodities like Wheat, Paddy through multiple channels like trader, broker, & Farmers Producer Organizations (FPO) network across M.P. & Maharashtra according to the plan and at competitive landed rate.
Sourcing for internal customer: To ensure that the required target of wheat sourcing is being delivered with the most optimum pricing across locations for internal customer.
Sale /Trading: To manage the seed sale/trading activity of the branch in a profitable manner and as per the prevailing market situation so that maximum profitability can be achieved.
Structured Trade: Identifying and execution of structured trade in the assigned territory.
Price Discovery: To ensure that the correct & competitive prices are set for trading, FPO buying & timely revision of the same is done if required, Averaging of the pricing for creating a competitive price basket for the state and for the division so that maximum profitability along with higher volume is achieved at Divisional level.
Liaisoning: Maintain a good and healthy relationship with the customers, external agencies including govt offices and expedite all work within the company's interest.
Audit and Compliances: Complete adherence to SOP and resolving any Audit related queries.
Strategic support and Market Reports: To be aware of the market movements, future trends and competitors activity so that it helps the organization in taking decisions related to business.
