We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations and play a key role in strengthening our sourcing, supplier management, and costoptimization initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement Leadership:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing, purchasing, and supplier performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, and ensure competitive advantage.
Supplier & Contract Management:
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and longterm partnerships.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop aligned procurement plans.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless procurement execution.
EndtoEnd Procurement Execution:
- Oversee the complete procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery.
- Ensure timely, costeffective procurement of materials and services.
Inventory & Cost Optimization:
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock, reduce carrying costs, and prevent shortages.
- Drive costsaving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and auditready records.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
- Drive performance excellence and support capability building within the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B procurement experience, preferably in industries such as construction equipment, mining, infrastructure, OEMs, foundry, cement, or heavy engineering.
- Strong negotiation and supplierrelationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems, and digital sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Experience working in structured procurement environments with clear processes and KPIs.
