Must have skills: Deep cross-tower Finance process transformation expertise in Finance Ops - RTR / PTP / OTC / Product Costing / Fixed Assets / FP&A, with AI strategy and value architecture experience

Experience: 11 - 16 years

Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA Finance

Job Summary:

Process Excellence leads high-impact Finance & Accounting transformation engagements for global clients, combining deep process domain expertise across finance sub processes with AI-enabled operating model design and executive advisory capability. Drives end-to-end transformation from diagnostic through delivery, including transition program leadership and value realization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead complex, multi-workstream Finance & Accounting transformation engagements - from process diagnostics and maturity assessments through future-state design, transition, and value realization

- Own deep process expertise across RTR, PTP, OTC, Product Costing, and Fixed Assets - including controls, compliance, and efficiency dimensions; guide teams on process reinvention using AI-enabled approaches

- Conduct and oversee L1 - L4 process mapping, gap analysis, and benchmarking; translate findings into prioritized intervention roadmaps with measurable KPI targets

- Demonstrated experience implementing AI use cases that reinvent end-to-end Finance processes; connect Agentic AI solutions to measurable KPIs and business outcomes

- Agentic AI Design & Implementation: multi-agent orchestration, roadmap creation, and human-in-the-loop design; lead pods in rapid prototyping of Finance AI solutions

- AI-Enabled Operating Model Design: future Finance op models combining human expertise with Gen/Agentic AI agents across RTR, PTP, OTC, and FP&A towers

- AI Fluency at Scale: GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, responsible AI and auditability frameworks

- Own executive-level stakeholder engagement: partner with CFOs, Controllers, and GBS/SSC leadership to shape transformation roadmaps, secure sponsorship, and present ROI-linked business cases

- Program Leadership: oversee multi-workstream programmes spanning Finance, Technology, and Change Management; ensure quality, timelines, and value delivery across workstreams

- Drive business development: contribute to pursuit strategy, proposal development, client relationship expansion, and practice revenue growth

- Build reusable intellectual property - process frameworks, transition playbooks, AI use case libraries, and benchmarks; mentor and develop a high-performing team

Good to have skills:

- Understanding of Multi-agent AI (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen) frameworks; AI Orchestration Platforms

- SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance functional knowledge

- Process Mining (Celonis / Signavio); RPA (UiPath / Automation Anywhere etc.)

- Cloud platforms (MS Azure / AWS / GCP) and API integration patterns

- Exposure to 1 or more Enabling Tech Tools

- Tower-level Finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR, Product Costing)
