Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Manager - Privacy & Data Protection to lead global data protection programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise clients on privacy governance. This role requires deep expertise in privacy regulations, stakeholder management, and consulting-led delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Privacy & Data Protection Leadership:

- Lead and manage enterprise and client-level privacy programs

- Act as a subject matter expert on GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations

- Drive privacy-by-design and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)

Compliance & Governance:

- Establish and maintain privacy governance frameworks

- Ensure compliance with global data protection laws and regulations

- Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk assessments

Consulting & Client Engagement:

- Advise clients on privacy strategy, regulatory readiness, and remediation

- Lead privacy consulting engagements and RFP responses

- Manage senior client stakeholders and internal teams

Technology & Tools:

Implement and manage privacy tools such as:

- OneTrust, BigID, DataGrail, Osano

- Collaborate with security and IT teams on data discovery and protection

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor privacy consultants and analysts

- Engage with global stakeholders across legal, IT, security, and business teams

Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in Privacy Data Protection / Information Governance

- Deep hands-on expertise in GDPR and other global privacy regulations

- Experience working in IT Services & Consulting environments

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

- Proven leadership in privacy transformation initiatives
