Role Summary:
The Senior Manager Pricing is responsible for independently managing end-to-end pricing for mid to large BPO deals.
This role partners closely with sales, operations, finance, and HR to create competitive, financially sound proposals while balancing growth and margin objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Deal Pricing:
- Lead pricing for RFPs and renewals across Offshore, Onshore, and Nearshore delivery models.
- Build detailed pricing models translating operational inputs into client-ready commercial proposals.
- Design and recommend appropriate pricing structures: input-based, output-based, and outcome-based.
Cost & Margin Management:
- Work with HR, IT, and operations to incorporate hiring plans, seat costs, training, and technology expenses.
- Conduct margin analysis, sensitivity testing, and break-even assessments.
- Highlight risks related to attrition, shrinkage, FX, inflation, and SLA credits.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales and Operations to align pricing with delivery feasibility and growth strategy.
- Present pricing recommendations in deal review forums with Finance and senior leadership.
- Support negotiations by providing commercial insights and alternative pricing options.
Market Benchmarking & Intelligence:
- Analyze BPO market pricing trends and competitor benchmarks.
- Ensure pricing remains competitive without eroding target margins.
Commercial Documentation:
- Own the commercial response section of bids, clearly articulating pricing logic and client benefits.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience in BPO pricing, RFP management, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to build interlinked, multi-tab pricing models.
- Solid understanding of BPO operational metrics and cost levers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
