Senior Manager - Pre-Contracting - IT Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in IT Services contracting to join our pre-contracting team. This role will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of IT contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and business alignment in the context of large-scale IT engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities for IT services engagements during the pre-contracting phase.

- Review and redline contractual documents such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Service Level Agreements.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including legal, sales, finance, delivery, and commercial teams to align on contract terms and mitigate risks.

- Interpret and analyze complex contractual clauses and provide strategic inputs to ensure compliance and commercial viability.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, business objectives, and legal requirements while managing client-specific contract terms.

- Support bid/proposal teams by advising on contractual positioning and risk management strategies.

- Maintain accurate documentation and version control of all contractual documents.

Desired Profile:

- 12-16 years of relevant experience in contract management, specifically within the IT services industry.

- Proven track record of negotiating high-value, complex IT contracts with global clients.

- Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of IT services engagements.

- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience working in large, matrixed environments with global stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; LLB/LLM preferred
