Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PR & Content Growth Specialist to elevate CloudHire's brand credibility and organic market presence. This strategic role is dedicated to securing high-impact collaborations with industry leaders (CEOs, Founders, CXOs), driving growth through SEO-focused content creation, and maintaining exceptional communication standards across all external channels.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategic PR & Executive Outreach:
- Drive high-level content collaborations by designing and executing tailored email outreach campaigns to executives and leadership teams.
- Thoroughly research industry prospects and trends to ensure all communications and interview requests are highly customized and valuable.
- Manage the full lifecycle of collaborations, from initial contact to securing published content across CloudHires and partner channels (articles, podcasts, social features).
- Work actively to secure special features, favorable mentions, and visibility for CloudHire on major professional platforms.
- Identify, register, and manage applications for relevant industry awards and accreditations to significantly boost the companys credibility.
II. SEO Content Creation & Publishing:
- Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized articles and blogs based on target keyword research and trending industry topics to drive increased organic traffic.
- Ensure all published content is engaging, technically accurate, and aligns perfectly with CloudHire's brand voice.
- (Optional technical skill - re-adding if needed): Manage the publishing process, ensuring proper formatting, SEO elements, and uploading via WordPress.
III. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain flawless written and verbal communication standards internally and externally, ensuring all messaging is clear, professional, and on-brand.
- Serve as the primary liaison between CloudHire and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration timelines and prompt content approval.
- Actively promote all published articles and collaborative wins across CloudHire's social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Executive Outreach Success Rate: Conversion rate from initial contact to secured, published collaboration.
- SEO Content Performance: Increase in organic search rankings and monthly organic traffic driven by new content.
- PR Wins: Number of special features secured, and successful industry award registrations/accreditations.
- Communication Quality: Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback scores on clarity and professionalism.
- Content Engagement: Total shares, views, and reach achieved by collaborative material.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

- Proven knowledge of SEO content strategy (keyword research, SEO writing, and on-page optimization).
