Senior Manager - PMS Operations

- Accounting of Inflows & Outflows for the day. Preparing masters for securities in Wealth Spectrum/opening new accounts.

- Trade settlements, confirming deals with the custodian. Accounting & Settlement of the same. Checks & Procedures for fixed income deal settlement on various settlement systems such as CBrics, NDS, E-Kuber.

- Corporate Action - Interest, redemption & IPO, new issue related activities for G sec, SDL, Corp bonds.

- To do Daily Reconciliations of securities

- Preparing Cash Flows based on inflows & outflows.

- Knowledge of PMS Operations and accounting

- Regulatory reportings and filings.

- MIS reports and repports for clients

- Communicating with outsourced vendors including Fund accountants for PMS, Custodians, Bankers, RTA

- Prepare specified financial statements, analysis and reports for a specific area or specific clients

- CA / MBA / MMS / PGDBA / with 10 -15 yrs experience in PMS or MF Fixed Income Operations

- Candidate should be proactive and should have ability to think independently.

- High Enthusiasm & willingness to learn

- Should have positive attitude and should be a good team player

- Handling large volume of transaction meticulously and eye for details.

- Should have excellent communication skills and should be proficient with Word, Excel & Email

- Proficient or worked with Wealthspectrum system or MF systems.

- Knowledge of PMS MF Fixed Income Operations.

- Experience with handling Fixed income settlement in CBrics, FTRAC, NDS Settlement, EBP and Ekuber
