Experience: 10+ years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry Preference: Manufacturing (FMCG/FMCD preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic finance leader to head plant finance operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India. The role involves managing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring strong financial controls, driving cost optimization, and supporting plant leadership with data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance operations across all plants.

- Ensure statutory compliance, GST adherence, and robust internal controls.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives and provide actionable insights to plant leadership.

- Spearhead automation projects to enhance process efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of 7-8 finance professionals across plants.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to support strategic decision-making.

- Champion ERP adoption (SAP preferred) and digital transformation initiatives.
