About the Role:

Consult Pro is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Planning to lead planning operations, resource optimization, and project execution initiatives across business functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in planning methodologies to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, effective resource utilization, forecasting accuracy, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end planning and scheduling activities for projects, operations, and business initiatives.

- Develop strategic planning frameworks to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.

- Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project planning and implementation.

- Analyze business data, forecasts, and operational metrics to support decision-making and long-term planning.

- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and enhance productivity.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, project status reports, and performance presentations for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

- Mentor and guide planning teams to enhance performance and capability development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in project planning, operational planning, or strategic planning.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in planning and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: 8-10 years in planning, project management, operations, or related domains.

- Industry experience in consulting, infrastructure, engineering, operations, or project-driven environments will be preferred.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech / B.E in any specialization

- MBA / PGDM preferred
