Role: Sr Manager Operation

Product: Personal Loan

Base: Pune

Experience in Lending operations/Disbursement and Merchant Onboarding is mandatory

Core Responsibilities:

- Mandatory experience in Lending Operations

- Hands-on product experience across Education Loans, Insurance Premium Financing, Solar, NCEMI (No-Cost EMI) Products

- Monitor daily settlements and ensure accurate fund transfers to merchants

- Monitor Refund and cancellation case, initiated through Merchants or Customers.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank open items

- Oversee billing of merchants ensuring accuracy with timelines and compliance.

- Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance, documentation, and timely activation

- Collaborate with Tech Team for automating processes

- Lead & monitor team with continuous training and development.

Preference and Experience:

- Graduation/Post Graduation

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Financial Operations preferably in Bank/NBFC/Fintech

- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
