Job Title: Senior Manager - D2C Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ years in D2C or e-commerce operations Education: B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputed institute preferred About the Role: We're looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Manager - D2C to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations. You'll take full ownership of our Shopify storefront, driving performance, improving customer experience, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-converting journey. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative-someone who understands data as well as user behavior. Key Responsibilities: Website & Operations: - Manage day-to-day Shopify operations including product listings, updates, offers, and collections - Ensure smooth order fulfillment, stock syncing, and reduce RTOs - Optimize operational workflows for efficiency and accuracy Data & Performance Analytics: - Monitor key metrics like traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, and product performance using tools like GA and Shopify - Share regular performance reports (daily/weekly) and derive insights - Run A/B tests and optimize user funnels for higher conversions Customer Experience & Retention: - Enhance on-site experience and post-purchase engagement - Collaborate with CRM teams for WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing - Improve retention, reduce cart abandonment, and boost repeat purchases Campaigns & Content: - Coordinate with design, tech, and marketing teams to launch high-impact campaigns - Ensure product pages and creatives are brand-aligned and conversion-driven Growth & Strategy: - Own D2C revenue targets through pricing, bundling, offer strategy, and automation - Benchmark competitors and identify new opportunities for growth What We're Looking For: - 4+ years of experience in D2C/e-commerce operations (Shopify experience is a must) - Strong analytical skills with creative problem-solving ability - Hands-on with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or similar) - A sharp eye for UI/UX, design consistency, and storytelling Bonus: Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
