Job Title: Senior Manager - Performance Monitoring

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager in the Renewable Energy Division, you will be responsible for performance monitoring of renewable energy projects (Wind & Solar). The candidate should be well versed with the present policies, tariffs, and various technologies of power generation from non-conventional sources, preferably wind & solar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to the RE sector (wind & solar) and industry best practices.

- Critical monitoring of RE projects.

- Manage compliance documentation and reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports and MIS to track progress and communicate achievements to stakeholders.

- Monitor operation and maintenance (preventive and breakdown) of all plants in order to optimize generation.

- Deal with the State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC) / National Load Dispatch Centre (NLDC) and other government & non-government agencies in the matter of forecasting and scheduling of power.

- Apply technical knowledge of various components of WTG to highlight defects causing frequent errors in order to take timely action.

- Maintain harmonious and cordial relations with suppliers and local management of O&M contractors in order to run the power plants smoothly.

- All other functions as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech, preferably Electrical.

- Proven experience in renewable energy project management or the power sector.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and state policies of the renewable energy sector.

- Techno-commercial expertise.

- Exposure in contract management and setting up projects will be an added advantage.
