Senior Manager - Performance Marketing - Meta Ad

GLOBAL REMOTE MANDATE - SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER - META ADS

Location: Remote, India

Compensation: Approximately 35 - 58 LPA (USD 3,000 - 5,000 per month equivalent)

Experience: 4 - 7 years

This is a hands-on media-buying role for someone who can own Meta as a complete performance channel.

Mandatory:

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience

- At least 2 years managing campaigns at meaningful scale

- Direct ownership of USD 300,000-plus monthly spend for one brand or dedicated account

- Strong D2C/consumer-brand experience

- Account architecture and budget authority

- Creative-testing systems and performance analysis

- Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, catalogue and DPA expertise

- Attribution and reconciliation across Meta, Shopify and analytics platforms

- Four-hour overlap with 9 AM - 1 PM US Eastern time
