The Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager-Performance Marketing -a hands-on paid media expert who thrives on solving complex growth problems through data, creative testing, and automation. You'll lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta Ads and other major platforms, directly impacting client performance and shaping paid media practice.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end paid media campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta Ads and other key platforms.

- Collaborate closely with business consultants to translate strategic goals into actionable media plans.

- Drive data-driven audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management to maximize campaign ROI.

- Implement and troubleshoot advanced tracking setups (GTM, Meta Pixel, APIs) to ensure accurate measurement.

- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scale campaign performance.

- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's capabilities.

- Continuously refine campaign playbooks and frameworks that drive client growth and agency success.
