ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Function Heads in manpower planning, determining skills needed to achieve optimal results
- Facilitate and support business change and performance across all business team through the implementation of an effective people strategy
- Effectively administer the performance management process by facilitating line managers in managing low and high performance in the team and ensuring that employees have clear understanding of their job roles
- Partner with the Function Heads and find the right balance between the business needs and employee advocacy.
