
Role: Tower Lead - Payroll
Exp Range : 12 to 15 years
Required Technical Skill Set :
- Expertise in Pre and post payroll preferably in an outsourcing environment, with proven Delivery experience.
- The role will be responsible to manage payroll admin ops for multiple regions like UK, US, APAC etc.
Must Have Skills :
- Proficient in pre and post payroll, joining the dots with upstream/downstream processes and payroll platforms
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in global payroll systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, ADP), Ticketing tools (SNOW preferable)
- 7-year client facing experience - service-oriented mindset, equipped to manage and respond to stakeholder requirements
- Experience in root cause analysis, driving continuous improvements & transformation
- At least 5 years experience in Team management.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical bent of mind, solution oriented approach

Responsibility:
- Service Delivery: Lead, mentor and develop high performing team & foster a culture of accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement Ensure the team delivers green SLAs and KPIs every month.
- Continuous Improvements: Both proactive and reactive. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability. Capability to convert root causes into actionable tasks.
- System & Process Optimization: Manage global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP), drive automation, and integrate systems with HRIS tools.
- End-to-End Payroll Admin Management: Oversee payroll processing for multiple countries, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to global tax laws, labor regulations, GDPR, and other data privacy standards; develop and maintain robust procedures and additional internal controls.
- QC/Audit & Reporting: Conduct payroll audits, prepare compliance reports, and support internal/external audit processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global payroll team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, SLA compliance, and effective communication of milestones, risks and outcome
