What You'll Be Responsible For - Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision, including salary disbursements, bonuses, incentives, and deductions. - Ensure full compliance with statutory and tax regulations such as PF, ESI, TDS, and Gratuity. - Administer payroll systems (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP, ADP) and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency. - Resolve employee queries and address discrepancies or escalations related to payroll. - Maintain accurate payroll records, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with Finance and HR for reconciliations. - Drive process improvements to boost payroll accuracy, timeliness, and overall effectiveness. - Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations. What We're Looking For - 9-13 years of hands-on experience in payroll management, ideally within a dynamic startup environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, HR, or a related discipline. Payroll certifications are a strong advantage. - Proficiency in payroll platforms such as Darwinbox, Workday, SAP, or ADP. - Solid grasp of Indian labor laws, taxation norms, and statutory compliance requirements. - Advanced Excel skills and expertise in payroll reporting and reconciliation. - Exceptional attention to detail in managing employee compensation and benefits. - Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive payroll data.
