Senior Manager - Payout Sales
Must Haves:
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in the payouts platform industry
- Experience working with Cashfree & RazorpayX only (payouts)
- Experience with Outbound Sales

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interview process: Screening round, 2-3 Technical/Management one on one interviews, HR round

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead and manage sales teams in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to the product development team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management
