- Drive the implementation of select talent development and OD initiatives across the organization in partnership with business and HRBPs - Work with HRBPs and business heads to conduct an org-wide analysis, needs identification and collate requirements pertaining to organization development and talent development across business verticals in line with strategic business priorities. Develop proposals for leadership development initiatives (coaching, mentoring, assessment centres, career path planning etc.), organization effectiveness programs (job evaluation, succession management, rewards, and recognition program etc.) - Analyze the talent pipeline across business verticals in consultation with HRBPs and organize assessment centres to facilitate the identification of high-potential talent to ensure continuous talent identification for critical roles. - Lead the implementation of organization design, job evaluation and restructuring initiatives in conjunction with business and HRBPs to ensure the organization structure is aligned to the overall business strategy. Obtain periodic feedback from various stakeholders on the efficacy of the band, grade structure, and make recommendations to ensure they are in line with policy norms and parameters - Drive the execution of the annual performance management process (goal setting, annual appraisal, rewards & recognition program) for the organization. Work with HRBPs to ensure timely closure of self-appraisal and manager ratings for all employees - Create org-level dashboards to track the org-wide progress of initiatives and update management periodically
