
Role
- The Senior Manager-Organisation Development shall be responsible for enhancing the organization's culture, leadership effectiveness, and transformation agenda. This role designs and delivers strategies that build organizational capability, enable change to institutionalize processes, strengthen leadership, create a high- performance, value-led workforce and maintain critical mass. The ideal candidate combines system thinking, behavioral science, analytics, and facilitation with the ability to influence senior management and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive OD roadmap aligned with business strategy and cultureaspirations.
- Lead organization diagnostics, capability assessments, and firmwide initiatives.
- Partner with team leads to design operating models, roles, structures, and ways of working that drive agilityand accountability.
- Own leadership development architecture, including frameworks, academies, capability models, andsuccession pipelines.
- Design and implement leadership programs, assessments, 360- degree feedback, and coachinginterventions.
- Build leadership readiness for change, inclusion, and values-led behaviors.
- Lead change management strategy for strategic initiatives (digital transformation, restructuring, processredesign, cultural transformation).
- Build enterprise change capability: toolkits, playbooks, governance, and change leader development.
- Drive adoption, behavior change, and benefits realization through stakeholder engagement,communication, and measurement.
- Shape and activate culture aligned with purpose, values, and leadership expectations.
- Facilitate offsites, strategy sessions, workshops, and team effectiveness interventions.
- Coach leaders and teams to enhance performance, communication, and decision-making.
- Use data to diagnose issues, find root causes, define interventions, and measure impact.
- Build dashboards and insights on effectiveness and outcomes.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce strategy, change readiness, and cultural shifts.
- Ensure alignment, communication, and continuous improvement of OD programs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, OD, or related field preferred.
- 10-18 years of experience in OD, culture, transformation, development, etc.
- Certification in coaching, change management, or psychometrics is a plus.
- Experience working with senior executives and partnering across multiple functions.
