About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Manager - Organic Growth to lead and scale Vested's organic presence across multiple geographies - starting with India and expanding globally. This role will oversee and integrate strategy across Web SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), and AI-driven SEO (GEO) to drive discoverability, traffic, and conversions.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who is both strategic and execution-focused, with deep experience in organic growth across multi-product and multi-region platforms.
What will you do
- Own the full-stack organic growth strategy: Lead Vested's approach across Web SEO, ASO, and AI SEO (GEO) to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Grow across geographies: Optimize Vested's organic presence in India and other high-priority markets, tailoring content and strategy to each region's investor behavior and search patterns.
- Manage multi-product growth: Drive organic performance across multiple product categories - US Stocks, Global Mutual Funds, Pre-IPOs, etc. - ensuring visibility across relevant queries and categories.
- ASO strategy: Own keyword strategy, metadata optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and experimentation for App Store and Play Store listings.
- GEO (AI SEO): Build and scale our AI-led growth engine through automated content generation and intelligent internal linking using tools like Wordpress, Jasper, and other LLM-enabled systems.
- Content + Tech collaboration: Partner closely with content, tech, and product teams to improve site structure, technical SEO, page speed, and on-page optimization.
- Analytics & reporting: Set KPIs, define tracking infrastructure, analyze performance regularly, and translate insights into action.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously explore new tools, trends, and algorithm updates to keep Vested's organic strategy competitive and innovative.
Prior Experience
- 7+ years of experience in organic growth, with deep expertise in SEO, ASO, and automated/AI-led SEO strategies.
- Proven success in managing multi-product websites and optimizing for multiple regions or markets.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and app store ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, AppTweak and Wordpress.
- Familiarity with AI SEO tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper) and automated content pipelines.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, engineering, and content teams.
- Prior experience in fintech, investing, or financial services is a plus.
