The Role :

We are looking for a strong operations leader who can build and scale delivery operations and procurement systems across our fast-growing business.

This role is ideal for someone from :

- Quick commerce

- E-commerce

- Hyperlocal delivery

- Supply chain-heavy consumer businesses

- Large-scale operations environments

You should be deeply execution-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing complexity across procurement, vendor coordination, fulfillment, and customer delivery operations.

What You'll Own :

- Drive end-to-end delivery operations across stores, warehouses, and customer fulfillment

- Improve procurement planning, inventory movement, and vendor coordination

- Build scalable SOPs and operational dashboards

- Reduce delays, leakages, and operational inefficiencies

- Work closely with founders on city expansion and operational scale-up

- Manage cross-functional coordination across sourcing, retail, logistics, and customer teams

- Build high-accountability operations teams and processes

What We're Looking For :

- 3-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or fulfillment

Strong preference for candidates from :

i. Q-commerce

ii. E-commerce

iii. Large delivery-led businesses

iv. Consumer internet or retail operations

- Strong analytical and execution skills

- Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments

- High ownership mindset with bias for action

- Experience managing large operational workflows and teams
