TITLE : Senior Manager Operations - CMD Camp

REPORTS TO : Chairman & Managing Director

Dotted Line : Director Technical

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Attribute/Skill/Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent command over English.

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a senior executive support/Chief of Staff/COO-type role.

- Proven ability to operate in and monitor other verticals.

- Previous knowledge of running an enterprise /Background in working with entrepreneurs / mid-sized fast-growing firms is desirable

- MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint), MIS handling, Strategic Coordination, Communication

- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, agility, and high accountability are non-negotiable

- The Senior Manager Operations - CMD Camp is a critical, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Director Technical. This position functions as a strategic partner and operational leader, essentially serving as a Chief of Staff or a COO-type support for the CMD.


- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational alignment across the organization, translating strategic vision into executable plans, and driving high-impact initiatives. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, an advanced command of data management and reporting, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professional excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic and Operational Leadership Strategic Planning & Implementation: Collaborate directly with the CMD to define, articulate, and monitor the company's strategic priorities. Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.


Operational Oversight: Establish and maintain robust mechanisms for monitoring the operational performance of all business verticals. Proactively identify bottlenecks, efficiency gaps, and potential risks, presenting consolidated, objective recommendations to the CMD.


Executive Decision Support: Prepare comprehensive, data-driven briefing documents, analytical reports, and presentations for the CMD ahead of critical meetings (internal, board, and external stakeholders) to facilitate informed decision-making.


2. Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reporting Advanced MIS Handling: Own the design, generation, and quality assurance of all Management Information Systems (MIS) and executive performance dashboards.


Financial & Operational Analysis: Utilize Advanced Excel skills to perform complex data modeling, trend analysis, variance reporting, and scenario planning to support strategic choices and capital allocation decisions.


Professional Presentation: Develop high-impact, professional presentations using Advanced PowerPoint to communicate strategic performance, key findings, and future direction to the executive leadership and the Board.


3. Cross-Functional Coordination and Communication Vertical Integration: Serve as the key operational bridge between the CMD's office and all department heads, including the Director Technical. Ensure effective communication flow, project coordination, and accountability for strategic deliverables across the enterprise.


Meeting Governance: Manage the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up actions for all executive committee and leadership meetings chaired by the CMD, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and assignment of next steps. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage critical communications and interactions with internal and external stakeholders as directed by the CMD.


4. Professionalism and Integrity Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive business, financial, personnel, and strategic information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Accountability & Agility: Exhibit high accountability for all deliverables and demonstrate agility in prioritizing and responding to the dynamic demands of the CMD's office.


- Professional Demeanor: Maintain an exemplary professional demeanor and represent the CMD's office with the highest standards of integrity and excellence at all times.


Position Qualifications Attribute/Skill/Experience Education : Graduate/Postgraduate degree required, with an excellent command over English (both written and verbal communication).


- Experience: Minimum 68 years of experience in a comparable strategic support role, such as Senior Executive Support, Chief of Staff, or COO-type function. Operational Acumen: Proven ability to operate in and monitor other verticals (e.g., Finance, Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.), demonstrating a holistic understanding of enterprise operations.


- Domain Background (Desirable): Previous experience in a high-growth environment, working closely with entrepreneurs, or a background in running an enterprise / mid-sized fast-growing firms is highly preferred.


- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint. Must have demonstrated experience in MIS handling and strategic data coordination. Core
