- The candidate will be responsible for managing overall client operations, ensuring smooth delivery of staffing services, and maintaining optimal headcount across client sites in Delhi/NCR.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills to ensure service excellence and business growth with experience in RECRUITMENT industry

- Oversee end-to-end operational activities including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.

- Maintain optimal headcount as per client mandates and minimize attrition or absenteeism.

- Monitor deployment and productivity of associates/workforce across all client sites
