Senior Manager - Operations - Lube Blending Plant

Role Overview:

- To oversee end-to-end operations at our lube blending facility.

- The role involves managing production, maintenance, quality control, safety, logistics and overall plant performance, ensuring smooth and cost-efficient operations in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in operations management in the lubricants or chemical blending industry.

- Proven track record of managing lube blending plant operations, including batch and continuous blending systems.

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, BIS certifications, and statutory compliance in oil/lubricant manufacturing.
