We're Hiring: Senior Manager - Operations (CMD Camp)

Location: Lucknow

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our leadership team as Senior Manager - Operations. This role reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director with a dotted line to the Director Technical, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support CMD in day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and execution.

- Oversee cross-functional activities and monitor multiple verticals.

- Prepare and review MIS, presentations, and reports for leadership.

- Act as a trusted partner to CMD, maintaining discretion and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent command of English.

- 6-10 years of experience in a senior executive support/Chief of Staff/COO-type role.

- Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate across verticals.

- Background in working with entrepreneurs, mid-sized, or fast-growing firms is desirable.

- Strong skills in MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint), MIS handling, and communication.

- Professional, agile, confidential, and highly accountable.
