Senior Manager - Operations - FinTech/Insurance

Job Description:

Looking for a Dynamic Operations Manager for a Tech platform based out of Mumbai!

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the operations team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.

- Manage end-to-end business operations, optimising workflows while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, legal, and client teams to align business objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.

- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards within the ODR ecosystem.

- Streamline processes to enhance process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Act as a liaison between enterprise stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of business strategies.

- Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions to drive innovation and process excellence.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Candidate must have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Experience in legal tech, fintech, Insurance, or Banking industry is preferred.

- Minimum 8+ years of operations experience, including experience in team management.

- Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong understanding of SOP's, workflow automation, and operational efficiency strategies.

- Proficient in software (like MS Office, G Workspace).

- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
