Senior Manager - Operations & Supply Chain - Manufacturing

Production & Capacity Creation:

Plan and deliver annual and monthly production volumes across the CMU network. Build capacity ahead of demand, including reactive capacity for peak cycles, and secure capacity commitments through timely planning inputs into the annual business plan. Ensure production flow remains uninterrupted through demand volatility and high-demand cycles.

CMU Network Management & Development:

Own end-to-end operations across the CMU and job-work network. Identify, evaluate and onboard new CMUs to expand and de-risk the supply base. Build partner capability in systems, process discipline and financial controls, including stock-take governance and material usage and consumption accounting at CMU locations.

Automation & Process Redesign:

Lead the shift from manpower-intensive batch operations to automated and continuous processes across the CMU network. Identify and deploy automation opportunities that structurally reduce manpower dependency per unit of output, lower conversion cost and raise line productivity and throughput consistency. Build and drive a multi-year automation roadmap, ensure benefits are realised and sustained post-commissioning, and improve process safety and output stability alongside.
