- Responsible for team management, operational coordination, file closures, and regular MIS/reporting to the CFO. Ensures smooth communication across all verticals and timely completion of tasks.
- Lead and manage the operations team with clear task allocation and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with all divisional/vertical heads and branch finance teams for smooth workflow.
- Drive file closure by ensuring timely documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS and sales/operations reports to the CFO.
- Support SLA finalization, onboarding processes, and operational improvements.
- Handle key client/vendor escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills:
- Strong travel industry knowledge (Corporate/MICE/Leisure).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong reporting, Excel, and MIS abilities.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
