Senior Manager - Operations - AIF PMS

- Coordination with Service Providers such as Transfer Agent, Fund Accountant, Banks, etc.

- Responsible for verification of documents and onboarding of clients by the service providers

- Coordinating with service providers for ensuring reconciliation of transactions and money receipt is done to ensure processing on transactions on a timely basis

- Coordinating with internal stake holders such as Investment Operations, Portfolio Manager, Sales, etc.

- Ensure delivery of all Internal & External MIS and regulatory reports.

- Implement the changes in the existing process or new initiatives in line with the Regulatory guidelines.

- Providing operational support for all new initiatives taken by business

- Coordination with service providers for preparation and closure of Financials (investor and fund)

- Coordinating with Internal/Regulatory Auditors

- Act as a backup for investment operations, when required

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ post-graduate

- Technical & Professional Knowledge required (What someone NEEDS TO KNOW)

- Should have good knowledge of SEBI & IFSCA Regulations

- Should be skilled at using Microsoft Office

Experience Required (What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE) Relevant experience of 4-6 years:

- Prior knowledge/ experience of managing operations and client service for an AIF / PMS in GIFT City
