Senior Manager - Operations

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager - Operations will lead end-to-end operational functions ensuring efficiency, compliance, cost optimization, and operational scalability within pharmaceutical manufacturing or business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead manufacturing/business operations to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets

- Drive operational excellence initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvements

- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, safety, and quality standards

- Oversee supply chain coordination, capacity planning, and inventory management

- Develop KPI's and dashboards to track operational performance

- Implement risk mitigation and business continuity plans

- Manage cross-functional teams and build strong operational leadership

- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within operations

- Ensure timely audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, etc.)

- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Expertise in supply chain and production planning

- Financial acumen and cost optimization experience

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
