Role Overview:
The Senior Manager Non-Technology Hiring will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies for non-technical business functions such as Finance,BFSI and Research roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and the ability to design effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Hiring Leadership
- Drive and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all non-technical roles across various business units.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and define hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver high performance and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand functional talent needs.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication between the HR and business teams.
- Advise business stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
Process Excellence
- Streamline recruitment processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Vendor and Partner Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
- Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of talent as per business needs.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of non-IT business functions and their talent requirements.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring and bulk/mid-level hiring for corporate roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office tools.
