Senior Manager - New Product Development

Reports To: Head - Program Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects with strong planning, organization, and execution.

- Drive program reviews, identify gaps, and ensure proactive issue resolution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for tooling, molding, and production.

- Oversee debugging of new molds, process parameter setup, and DFM evaluations.

- Ensure timely problem-solving, escalation, and process optimization.

- Support continuous improvement in design, manufacturability, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- 12+ years in Tool & Die making, Plastic Product Design, or Development.

- Minimum 10 years in toy product development / injection molding / die casting / automotive components.

- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
