Roles & Responsibilities:

You are Responsible for:

1. New Hire Onboarding:

- Onboarding Strategy to action: Create a detailed roadmap to action the strategy to assimilate new hires. Design and implement a comprehensive new hire onboarding program, ensuring that new employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and culture alignment needed to succeed in their roles.

- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the complete onboarding journey from pre- boarding to the completion of the onboarding phase, collaborating with HR, IT, and all relevant department heads.

- Experience Design: Continuously improve the onboarding experience to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports new hires in their initial months and instills a sense of pride in them.

- Stakeholder Collaboration and governance: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to align onboarding content with business updates, Organization history, cultural values, and performance expectations. Develop metrics and tools to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding programs. run regular governance connects with key stakeholders to continuously improve.

- Technology Utilization: Leverage digital tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other technologies to deliver a scalable and efficient onboarding experience.

2. Strategic planning Change Management & Continuous Improvement:

- Learning Strategy Alignment: Align new hire onboarding initiatives with the company's overall strategic goals and values, ensuring the programs contribute to improved employee performance and engagement.

- Adaptability: Stay current on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices in onboarding.

- Innovation: Champion innovation in learning methods and delivery, experimenting with new formats, tools, and approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
