Were looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale our mobile device repair partner network across South India. In this role, youll optimize repair operations, onboard and manage partners, and drive innovation to improve speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Onboard, operationalize, and nurture high-performing partners.

- Enhance regional repair capabilities to meet turnaround time (TAT) goals.

What Were Looking For:

- 810 years in mobile service operations, with at least 56 years in building repair partner networks.

- Experience in repair network design and optimization.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, AWS.

- Bachelors degree (Masters in Supply Chain/Operations preferred).
