Position Overview: As the Senior Manager - Member Operations Services (MOS) - Revenue, you will drive operational excellence across multiple coworking centers in the Delhi NCR region. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of member services, operational efficiency, and the highest standards of community experience, in line with the brand's promise. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Manage and optimize daily operations across several centers, ensuring all service standards and member experience benchmarks are consistently met. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop facility and community teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality parameters in all service areas, ensuring every center upholds the company's standards. - Process Development: Develop and enforce SOPs and training modules to drive consistency and operational efficiency. - Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for center-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. - Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee inventory, manage consumables, and optimize operational expenditure. - Project Coordination: Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new centers. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders to support business objectives. - Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
