Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through 360 media solutions, including Content Space, Online, Radio, and Outdoor Media.
- Plan budgets and ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
- Oversee advertisement sales across multiple industry verticals, with a strong focus on BFSI, FMCG, Luxury, Automobiles, and Internet/E-Commerce segments in the Mumbai market.
- Build and manage strong relationships with advertising agencies for effective lead generation and deal closures.
- Create customized brand partnerships, activations, and experiential marketing solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on evolving media landscapes and new-age media trends, leveraging them to design innovative client solutions.
Incumbent Profile
- 10+ years of experience in media sales within the Mumbai advertising industry.
- Strong background in Radio / BTL / Retail Space on Hire / Events / Infotainment / OOH Media.
- Proven expertise in activations, experiential marketing, brand partnerships, solution selling, business development, and ad sales.
- Ability to work independently in an individual contributor (IC) role.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
