Role: Sr. Manager - Quick Commerce
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 2-8 years in managing quick-commerce sales
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Tech/B.Com/MBA or equivalent)
Preferred: Alumni from reputed institutes
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue growth across leading quick-commerce channels (Blinkit, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify competition, pricing strategies, and consumer trends.
- Lead a team to manage cataloguing, A+ content creation, and platform SEO for optimized listings.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform stakeholders and category managers.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and minimize stock-outs.
- Prepare performance dashboards, sales forecasts, and business reviews for senior leadership.
- Oversee account management, category planning, and catalogue optimization.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG categories will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proven experience in handling key accounts and driving performance on marketplace platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, thrive under pressure, and lead a team effectively.
- Exposure to inventory and supply chain coordination is desirable.
