Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead Retail Marketing & ISP Excellence across multiple channels including GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), CSD (Consumer & Specialty Distribution), and EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail marketing, market efficiency, and team management, with a focus on driving consumer engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Marketing & ISP Excellence:

- Strategize and execute retail marketing initiatives across GT, MT, CSD, and EBO channels to enhance brand presence and operational excellence.

2. Retail Productivity & Market Efficiency:

- Identify opportunities to improve retail productivity, streamline processes, and maximize market reach.

3. Affordability & Consumer Conversion Programs:

- Develop and implement programs aimed at improving product affordability, consumer engagement, and conversion.

4. BTL Activations & EBO Marketing:

- Plan and oversee below-the-line activations and marketing activities within EBOs to boost sales and brand loyalty.

5. Team & Agency Management:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team; collaborate effectively with agencies and partners.

6. Capability Building & Retail Training:

- Conduct training sessions and capability-building initiatives to enhance retail staff skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Marketing or related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in retail marketing, channel management, or related roles.

- Proven track record of managing multi-channel retail operations and marketing campaigns.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
