Senior Manager - Marketing
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our residential and commercial projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and end-to-end brand management. This role requires strong leadership, creative thinking, and the ability to drive measurable business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and oversee engaging marketing content such as brochures, emailers, social media posts, property listings, and project videos.
- Drive lead generation and qualification through digital channels, events, property expos, open houses, and offline promotions.
- Maintain and update the company website and listings on property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
- Organize customer engagement activities including open houses, roadshows, and meetups to boost sales conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to deliver high-quality visual marketing content.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (lead quality, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with inventory, pricing, and sales goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Key Requirements :
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Social Media Ads, and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and support sales conversion.
- Experience in managing offline marketing events and property expos.
- Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI.
