Roles and Responsibility:

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns - digital, ATL, BTL, events, and influencer initiatives.

- Manage the customer journey from acquisition to handover, with a focus on upselling, referrals, and advocacy.

- Oversee large marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI-driven execution.

- Strengthen brand visibility and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

- Use CRM and digital platforms (Salesforce, SAP, CX tools, etc.) to enhance customer engagement.

- Drive results in lead generation, social media presence, and referral channels.

- Work closely with sales, design, and leadership teams to align marketing with business priorities.

- Build and mentor a team, encouraging innovation and professional growth.

Keys and Expereicne:

- MBA/MMS in Marketing from a reputed institute.

- 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate or premium consumer sectors.

- Strong background in brand management, digital strategy, and customer engagement.

- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns and significant marketing budgets.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
