Marketing (Offline & Online):

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products across digital and traditional platforms.

- Manage product branding, promotions, and campaigns to drive market awareness and product adoption.

- Execute online marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website management.

- Organize offline activities such as CME programs, trade shows, medical conferences, distributor meets, and field force promotions.

- Coordinate with product managers, design teams, and vendors for marketing collateral and digital content.

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients within the domestic pharmaceutical sector.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and institutional buyers.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and increase revenue.

- Explore tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's reach and product portfolio.

Strategic & Operational Planning:

- Develop short- and long-term business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

- Prepare marketing and sales forecasts, budgets, and ROI analysis.

- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
