Your Role:
Were seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 610 years of experience in marketing enterprise SaaS or API-led/AI-driven products. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across brand marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and digital campaigns.
What Youll Do:
- Brand & Positioning: Define and evolve TartanHQs brand narrative, messaging, and value proposition for enterprise audiences (CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers).
- Demand Generation: Design and execute integrated campaigns (digital, events, webinars, accountbased marketing) to drive qualified leads and pipeline for enterprise sales.
- Product Marketing: Partner with product teams to create compelling product narratives, launch plans, collateral, and customer success stories.
- Digital Marketing & Growth: Own SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns to grow awareness and inbound interest.
- Sales Enablement: Build sales decks, one-pagers, and battlecards to empower the enterprise sales team.
- Partnership & Event Marketing: Support strategic partnerships, organize executive roundtables, and represent TartanHQ at industry events.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and continuously optimize for performance.
- Voice of the Market: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to inform GTM strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 6-10 years in B2B/enterprise SaaS marketing (HRTech, FinTech, APIs, or AI/automation preferred).
- Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to design strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns.
- Product Marketing Expertise: Skilled in translating complex technical products into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Demand Gen Track Record: Proven success in running multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for enterprise sales.
- Digital Native: Comfortable with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative Storyteller: Strong in copywriting, content marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- High Ownership: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
