Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts, drive brand growth, and significantly contribute to our top-line revenue targets.
This role is a critical intersection between marketing execution and business strategy, requiring a strong command of data, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate who can translate complex business objectives into winning multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and champion the annual and quarterly marketing strategy and comprehensive execution plans across all channels (Digital, Content, Product Marketing, PR, and Events).
- Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, ensuring unified messaging, clear positioning, and maximum market impact.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social) focused on high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency of the corporate message and visual identity across all external and internal touchpoints.
Data Analysis & Business Impact:
- Own the marketing budget, manage allocation, and optimize spend to maximize ROI and achieve efficiency targets (e.g., Cost Per Acquisition).
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, presenting performance reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, potential threats, and shifting customer demands to inform strategic decisions.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists (Digital, Content, Social), fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to ensure complete alignment of marketing efforts with product roadmaps and sales targets.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing/Strategy) is strongly preferred, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with demonstrable success in a leadership or senior managerial capacity (3+ years).
- Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that directly contributed to revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation, CRM tools like HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
