Budget - 20 Lacs Experience - 10-15 years in FMCG Education - Graduation/P.G Location - Ludhiana Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: - Strategic and Operational Marketing Lead for major Spice manufacturer. - Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment to keep projects going and meet deadlines - Leverage a deep understanding of the customers business nationally to develop programs that will drive sales and profitable growth - Execute multi-brand scale opportunities Nationally - Develop and execute banner specific shopper marketing programs and activities - Manage all financials related to customize Customer Marketing activities. This includes managing a budget as well as establishing and reconciling KPIs/ ROI for all programs and tactics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns - Develop and manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment of marketing initiatives - Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth - Oversee the development of marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media content.
