Role Summary:

As the Senior Marketing Manager , you will spearhead the platform's organic growth by leading strategies across social media, SEO, ASO, and community marketing. Your mission is to position the as the preferred crypto exchange for retail traders and investors by driving engagement, conversion, and retention through non-paid channels.


This role requires a unique blend of right-brain creativity and left-brain analytical thinking-balancing the dynamic, trend-sensitive world of social media and community building with the precision and structure of SEO and ASO.

You'll need to move fluidly between storytelling and systems, intuition and iteration.

Key Performance Goals:

Brand Outcomes:

- Establish as a trusted, recognizable, and differentiated brand within the retail crypto trading ecosystem

- Brand Consistency Score across owned and partner channels (measured via periodic audits or internal reviews)

- Improvement in Brand Recall & Awareness, measured through brand lift studies or aided/unaided recall surveys

- Positive Brand Sentiment Rate across social and community platforms (via social listening tools)

- Growth in Earned Media Mentions i.e., brand advocacy

- Engagement Rate on Brand-led Campaigns (e.g., educational IPs, campaigns)

- Brand Asset Utilization Rate, indicating consistent application of brand guidelines across regions or teams

- Employer Brand Attractiveness, measured via application quality, talent engagement, or offer acceptance rate (in partnership with HR)

Growth Outcomes:

- Increase organic user acquisition

- Improve traffic-to-signup conversion

- Boost first-time deposit and trading volume from organic channels

- Enhance user engagement and retention

Community & Social Growth:

- Grow social media and community presence

- Increase engagement and responsiveness across key channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit)

- Community-driven content performance (reach, shares, participation in AMAs, polls, live events)

Core Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Building:

- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all owned, earned, and partner channels.

- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across regions, platforms, and campaigns.

- Ensure all content-social, community, product messaging-aligns with brand positioning, narrative, and values.

- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce brand assets that enhance recall, credibility, and emotional connection.

- Monitor brand sentiment across digital channels using social listening and feedback loops; respond proactively to emerging trends or concerns.

- Lead initiatives that strengthen brand trust-e.g., educational content, IP Led campaigns.

- Benchmark against competitor brands to refine positioning and identify whitespace for brand differentiation.

- Support employer branding efforts in collaboration with HR and leadership teams, helping attract top crypto-native talent.

Social Media & Community Growth:

- Develop and implement a full-funnel social media strategy across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit.

- Drive crypto-native content creation: educational, community-driven, and timely.

- Engage communities via AMAs, polls, live sessions, and direct interactions.

- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize content and engagement tactics.

- Leverage trends and industry news to increase share of voice and visibility.

SEO & Content Marketing:

- Oversee the platform's SEO strategy-on-page and off-page-to improve organic rankings and traffic.

- Identify high-intent keywords aligned with trader and investor needs.

- Work closely with content creators to publish conversion-oriented articles, explainers, and guides.

- Track and improve SEO performance using tools like GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

App Store Optimization (ASO):

- Drive organic visibility and downloads for the brands mobile app on iOS and Android.

- Optimize store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals) based on ASO best practices.

- Run experiments to improve app store conversion and retention metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Support to align messaging with product updates and user insights.

- Ensure tight integration of social, SEO, and ASO into overall marketing roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8+ years in a growth or marketing role within fintech, crypto, or consumer tech.

- Proven expertise in organic channels: social, SEO, community marketing, and ASO.

- Strong data fluency with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Zapier, SQL., Clevertap, Web Engage

- Experience in copywriting, UX writing, and customer journey mapping.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, iterative environments.

- Crypto-native or deep interest in blockchain and digital assets.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
