Senior Marketing Manager (Mumbai and B2B only)


Description:


- Drive B2B Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring Nexsales' products and solutions reach their target market effectively.

- Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and improve engagement with prospective clients.

- Craft and Oversee Engaging Content: Create, manage, and refine content strategies that resonate with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, emails, and social media assets, all designed to strengthen Nexsales' thought leadership in the B2B space.

- Leverage Analytical Skills for Insightful Decisions: Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize campaign performance, track key marketing metrics, and identify new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.

- Collaborate and Communicate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.

- Mentor Assistant Marketing Managers: Provide guidance on campaign execution, performance analysis, and professional development.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

- Ideally MBA in Marketing (full-time).

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on the US market.

- Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies.

Marketing Communications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in managing ad platforms is would be great.

- Hands-on experience managing events in the US and working with analyst firms would be a plus.
